ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
Booking: prices quoted are per room per night and include breakfast and VAT. All reservations are subject to availability. To secure accommodation you should register as early as possible. Full payment is required on accommodation proposal by the Congress Centre.
Cancellations : All cancellations and changes should be made in writing by e-mail.
The cancellations policy for individual reservation is as follows :
- For all cancellations, 20€ of fees will be kept.
- Cancellations after September 6th, 2026: the total accommodation price is non-refundable
- Invoices will not be modified once issued
- Name changes for reservations that have already been paid for can be made free of charge until 1st August 2026. After that date, they will be considered as a cancellation and will incur 100% of the costs
- Any incident, setback or refund will be processed after verification by the Technical Secretariat 30 days after the Congress has ended
