Registration
To formalize the participation, you must fill the mandatory fields in the registration form. Payment could be made by bank transfer or credit card through the registration platform. If bank transfer is chosen, you must clearly state the name and the reference received by email.
It is compulsory to send proof of Geivex membership in or some document that accredits it to the Technical Secretariat (geivex@lideraeventos.com)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation, the user has to request it from his/her personal profile or by contacting: geivex@lideraeventos.com.
- Cancellations received up to 6th September 2026 will have a penalty of €50 for management costs; from 6th September 2026 onwards they will not be refunded.
- No partial or full refunds will be issued in the event of conference cancellations due to speaker non-attendance or other changes to the main Meeting program
- Invoices will not be modified once issued
- Name changes for registrations that have already been paid for can be made free of charge until 1st August 2026. After that date, they will be considered as a cancellation and will incur 100% of the costs.
- Any incident, setback or refund will be processed after verification by the Technical Secretariat 30 days after the Congress has ended
Obtaining the registration invoice:
